Refund Policy

This policy explains the rules for refunding donations made through the Irfan Insani Foundation website, in full transparency with our generous donors.

1. Nature of Donations

Donations are charitable giving with no goods or services in return, and are spent on the announced humanitarian projects. Therefore they are, in principle, non-refundable once completed, except in the cases below.

2. Accepted Refund Cases

We accept refund requests in the following cases:

• An error in the donation amount (e.g. entering a larger amount than intended).

• An unintended duplicate payment due to technical reasons.

• An unauthorized transaction on your card, with supporting evidence.

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to [email protected] including: full name, transaction date and amount, last digits of the card or transfer reference, and the reason. Requests are reviewed within five (5) business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (card or bank account) within 5-10 business days; the time for the amount to appear may vary by issuing bank. We charge no fees for approved refunds.

5. Already-Spent Donations

A donation that has already been spent on its charitable project cannot be refunded. If a specific project you donated to cannot be implemented, we direct your donation to a similar project or contact you to choose.
